Jappy Takhar
CoFounder
Jappy Takhar serves as Managing Director for comitFS, responsible for vision, strategy, and developing next generation products. Prior to this, Jappy was the global lead innovator for BT Unified Trading Collaboration Server, leveraging his more than 20 years’ experience in the ICT business.
Jappy joined BT in 1989 after gaining his degree in Computer Science from Kingston University. He was awarded an MBA in information technology management by City University, London, in 1994.

Dele Olajide
CoFounder & CTO
Dele Olajide, Co-founder and CTO, is responsible for the long-term technical and strategic direction of TraderLynk products and services. Dele is a telecoms solutions architect with long-term expertise and specialist skills in integrating financial business applications with trading system communications for capital markets.
He has worked closely with many major financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Peter Kriskinans

Since the launch of the DealHub product line in 1997, Peter has worked closely with the World’s largest banks to develop products and services spanning the complete trading workflow and built a business with a hard won reputation for technical innovation and rock solid reliability.
A pioneer of STP, Peter founded Option Computers in 1985 as a consulting service, developing real-time trading and communications systems for customers including Arbat, Winter Partners and BP.

Chris Manderson
Director
Chris Manderson is responsible for enterprise sales, channel sales and operations at comitFS. Prior to comitFS, Chris was a director at vendor organisations comitted to addressing the requirements of the global banking and securities technology makets.
He held his most recent position at BT – prior to this, Chris held directorships with DST International, Micrognosis Inc and ARBAT – a subsidiary of a London Bank. Chris has worked in London and the major European financial centres, as well as in New York, Chicago and the Far East.

Nigel Skeels
Front End Development Lead
Tasked with delivering cutting edge user interfaces for the demanding requirements of the banking world, Nigel graduated from London Guildhall University in 2001 with a First Class BSc in Multimedia Systems.
Nigel has since built a wealth of experience in web development and design, working closely with some of the world’s leading brands in both the commercial and consumer sectors and winning several awards for his work along the way.
